How can I report a bug?
You hate bugs and so do we. Simply create a new ticket in the customer portal.
Our support team is working on Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Please provide the following information when opening a ticket in order to speed up the investigation:
- Step-by-step procedure to reproduce the issue;
- Screenshots or GIF of the error;
- (Optional) Temporary Zendesk user account;
- (Optional) Errors from the Console Log.
If the error occurs in SAP, we will do our best to help you understand the error but are not providing any direct support for marketplace customers.
